Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

Membership

1. Paid members will be allowed to get the contact details of other users/members of this site. However contacting other members/users are limited depending on membership type. To know the period and number of contacts allowed please visit our "Membership Options".
2. Members will allowed getting contact details of only opposite gender profiles in the caste and community witch they mentioned on registration form.
3. Membership fees once paid cannot be refundable or transferable.
4. If paid members found any settled profiles, profiles without contact numbers/ wrong numbers and not working phone numbers, may send mail to customercare@ shadidarpan.com by requesting to add an additional contact for settled one within a week after contacting.

Termination of membership:

1. You may terminate your account for any reason by writing to shadidarpan.com In such cases you should not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees.
2. Shadidarpan has right to terminate your account for any reason by sending notice to your E-mail you provided at the time of registration or other E-mail addresses you may provided latter. If Shadidarpan finds you breached the agreement and terminated your account you should not be entitled to refund of subscription fees.
3. This site is for personal use of individual members only. Organizations, companies, businesses, marriage mediators cannot become members of this site.
4. If it is found any individual member of this site is sharing information and services with others, that membership will be terminated and appropriate legal action will be taken.
